I'm not sure how this happened. I've not been on program and I've been eating junk. I would have bet money that I was going to gain two pounds rather than lose it. The only thing I can think of is that although I have been eating higher calorie foods, my portions have still been ok enough to lose weight. Shocking I tell you! I'm also still battling a nasty cold and maybe my body just does wacky things when it's off balance. Either way I'll take the loss!
