New weight: 253.0lbs
I'm happy about it, considering I didn't do a cleanse day this week, like you're suppose to each week on this program. I just wasn't up for it due to a lot of stress which caused my mood to plummet. My thinking was, let's see how much I lose without the cleanse and then go from there. Five and a half pounds ain't bad.
My plan for this week is to keep doing what I'm doing, but get moving more (and do a cleanse day). Since Monday I haven't been as active as I would have liked to be. I think that has contributed to only seeing another 0.5 lb loss since I stepped on the scale on Monday. I bought a new fitbit charge HR last night as my previous one broke when I fell off Joelle. It's time I rock some serious steps! No excuses. Stress or no stress this weight has to come off!
